Who We Are
S.A.C.K.Z. Recovery Services is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through recovery, restoration, and renewed purpose.
We serve people experiencing homelessness, addiction, incarceration reentry, and life crisis by providing advocacy, mentorship, and placement into structured faith-based recovery programs. Our mission is to walk alongside individuals who are ready for change — offering guidance, support, and connection when they need it most.
We believe every person deserves dignity, a second chance, and a path forward. Through collaboration with courts, attorneys, treatment providers, churches, and community partners, we help remove barriers and create opportunities for lasting transformation.
S.A.C.K.Z. stands for Support, Advocacy, Community, Knowledge, and Zeal — the five pillars that shape how we serve. We do not just help people enter recovery; we stay with them through the journey, encouraging accountability, growth, and hope.
Our goal is to help reduce overdose risk, relapse, suicide, and repeated incarceration by connecting individuals to safe environments and supportive faith-based communities where healing can begin.
Restoration is possible. Change is possible. Hope is real.
SACKZ RECOVERY SERVICES
A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization
Restoring Lives. Rebuilding Families. Creating Second Chances.
Sackz Recovery Services is a nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals break free from substance abuse and life-controlling challenges—regardless of their financial situation. We exist to remove barriers to recovery and give people a real opportunity to start over.
WHAT WE DO
We raise funds through community support, donations, partnerships, and outreach efforts to provide inpatient treatment at NO COST to uninsured individuals who are ready to change their lives. Many people want help but simply cannot afford it—we step in to make recovery possible.
But we don’t stop at treatment.
We walk with each individual through the entire recovery process:
Inpatient Treatment Placement
(Initial Funding Assistance)
We assist uninsured individuals by covering the initial cost of admission into treatment, based on the requirements of the selected facility. Some programs allow individuals to work and pay weekly after admission—we cover the upfront entry fee to get them started. Other facilities require a flat-rate payment, which we fund to secure immediate placement into treatment.
Clothing & Basic Necessities
We provide clothing and essential items so individuals can enter recovery with dignity.
Transportation Services
We provide reliable transportation to:
Court dates
Rehabilitation facilities
Transitional Living Placement
Upon graduation from inpatient treatment, we help secure placement in transitional housing and pay initial program fees so individuals have a stable next step.
Employment Support
We help individuals rebuild their future by:
Creating professional resumes
Guiding them toward stable employment opportunities
Our mission is not just to help people get sober—but to help them stay sober, become self-sufficient, and re-enter society with purpose and stability.
